Short version: I use your details only to reply to you, I don’t sell them, and I don’t send marketing unless you ask.

What I collect

  • What you choose to send me: your name, email, phone, and details about your business or lease, through the website forms, email, phone, text or a booking.
  • Visit statistics through Google Analytics, so I can see which pages are useful. It sets first-party cookies and Google receives your IP address and browser details. Advertising features are off.

Turning analytics off

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, analytics stays off. You can also turn it off for this browser here:

How I use it

Only to reply to you and to provide the services you ask for. If we work together, BC rules and anti-money-laundering law require me and my brokerage to collect certain identity information and keep records, and you’ll get a separate privacy notice from the brokerage at that point.

Email and messages (CASL)

I won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing messages unless you’ve asked me to or given consent. Every message I send that’s commercial will identify me and let you opt out. To stop messages at any time, reply “unsubscribe” or email me.

Sharing

I don’t sell or rent personal information. I share it only with my brokerage, and with people you ask me to involve (like your lawyer), or where the law requires it.

Third-party services

Booking a call uses Google Calendar’s booking page. The contact and renewal check forms are delivered by Formspree, which passes your message to my email. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Google Analytics measures visits, as described above. The calculators and the lease countdown run in your own browser and doesn’t send it anywhere.

Your choices

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where the law allows. Email [email protected] or call 604 256 2002.
