Residential
Buying, selling or renting a home.
I help people buy homes and condos, sell their place and find a rental in Vancouver and the North Shore. I do the homework, know the numbers and look out for you, the same way I do on commercial deals.

Quick answers
Questions people ask me
Short answers to the things I get asked most. If yours isn’t here, give me a shout.
Do you work on residential as well as commercial?
Yes. I’m licensed in BC for real estate trading services, and I help people buy, sell and rent homes alongside my commercial work.
Who pays your fee when I buy a home?
In most BC home sales, the seller’s brokerage shares its commission with the buyer’s brokerage. Before we start, you’ll get the BC disclosure forms and we’ll put how I’m paid in writing.
Can you help me find a rental?
Yes. I can help you search, view places with you and review the tenancy agreement before you sign. How that works and what it costs depends on the rental, so we’ll agree on it in writing first.
Which areas do you cover?
Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby and Richmond.
